Circuit Training For Rock Climbers

Rock climbers who want to be able to push their limits outdoors can circuit train indoors. Kevin Bains of Boulder Rock Club in Colorado takes you through the club’s interval training system, which utilizes auto-belays. An auto-belay eliminates the need for a partner and can speed up your climbing workout.
