This-N-That

News & Events Costly Decisions Dear PRB, Sandra is facing what a lot of us are facing related to historical buildings within the community (PRB June 2010, “Is There A Future For The Past?”). When you state the operational cost is $467,000, the majority of this amount has to be maintenance. The city may elect to close the facility, but lack of maintenance and repairs will deteriorate the historic structure rapidly both inside and outside. If it sits vacant and … Continue reading

Pumped Up

So the author will bring up issues and ask the leaders among the readership … Continue reading

Over The Moon

EVE: You never take me anywhere. ADAM: There is nowhere else to go, Eve. This is the garden. The garden. EVE: Bor-ing. And can’t you get an autumn maple leaf or something? That fig leaf you wear is so last year. ADAM: Oh, here we go. God, you are impossible! GOD: Hey, leave Me out of this! ADAM: Sorry. EVE: And we never see anyone else. We never go out with other couples. ADAM: There are no other couples yet! … Continue reading
