The new fitness and recreation center was designed to reflect a contemporary building with a focus on safety, sustainability and ease of maintenance while also factoring in durability in material selections. The resulting facility incorporates brick, stone, precast, aluminum window and curtain walls, a standing seam PVC roofing membrane and metal panel roof screen enclosures while also utilizing glass liberally throughout the design to bring natural light into the facility.
Two-court gymnasium, running track, multi-use community rooms, health, fitness, dance aerobics and wellness spaces, office/administrative support area, preschool spaces.
