New Resource For Parks And Rec Professionals
Cleveland, Ohio—Parks and recreation professionals now have the ability to communicate with their community for free with Shoutback. The Web site provides local news feeds and encourages users to add their own local news, or suggest blogs, Twitter feeds and other local content sources to enhance their community page. PVC Pool Renovator Makes A Splash
In a story about commercial swimming pools, RenoSys—a pool renovation company—was featured in an NBC Nightly News clip called “Making a Difference.” Brian Williams introduced the piece about a $43,000 two-pool renovation for the city of Alexandria, Ind. that was made possible by donations from the community. RenoSys provided discounted pricing to help and ended up providing two new PVC Pool Shell’s complete with a 15-year warranty.
