Maintenance for Special Events

And after the event is over, invite the organizer back for a de-briefing – what went right, what went wrong, what needs to be changed if they are planning to do the event again?

So, back to my original question:  do you agree or disagree with my initial assertion? Maybe you have some good advice based on your experience with special events. If so, share the knowledge with other Weekenders; who knows, you might make someone’s event even more special than it was…
