   Great Article. I love reading this on Friday mornings. Gets me motivated to work on Friday! I totally agree with Recreation and Leisure being “Essential Services.” We need to do a better job of educating our leaders/council Members and constituents on the value of Parks and Recreation. Thanks for sharing! I will make many copies to pass on to all of our 24 staff.

   Attitude could also be aptitude, and quote the studies that show performance improves in school and at work with movement/physical fitness.
