Consisting of five individual pre-assembled modules, the building contains men’s and women’s restrooms with four fixtures each, a single-user restroom with two fixtures, an office space and kitchen area, full electrical and plumbing packages, a fire alarm system, tie downs to the foundation for seismic considerations per local code, insulated exterior walls and ceiling, an HVAC package, windows (both operable and fixed), wooden truss hip roof with 30-year architectural shingles, and a combination exterior finish (simulated horizontal lapboard and split-face block).
