Capture The Rules

When you’re coming up with ideas for group play in the out-of-doors — or even the indoors — don’t forget the tried and true.

Kids today love playing Capture the Flag, Red Rover and Duck Duck Goose just as much as the kids of yesteryear.

Playing a game of marbles is old-fashioned fun

And these old-fashioned games don’t require any fancy equipment or complicated strategy.

Just in case you can’t remember the rules exactly, here is a list from the National Wildlife Federation, along with some fun audio tracks from grownups reminiscing about their game-playing days.
