Benefit for ECO-CHOICE Family
A fund-raising evening is being held this weekend to benefit a member of the ECO-CHOICE Pool Paints by SAU-SEA family.
Gwen Hunter, a former ECO-CHOICE employee, is bedridden with Stiff-Person Syndrome, a rare neurological disorder that can cause paralysis.
Her family needs to purchase an outside lift so that Gwen can have quick access from her second-floor bedroom in case of an emergency.
The benefit–Lift Up Comedy Show–will feature performances by comedians Jay Black, Bob Marsdale and Mike Casey; a buffet; and dancing.
The fund-raiser will run from 6 to 10 p.m. April 21 at Medford Lakes Country Club in Medford Lakes, N.Y.
