Parks departments are thinking outside the heart-shaped box this Valentine’s Day.
Many state and local parks are helping couples rekindle their romance through special events at parks and lodges.
Kentucky State Parks, for example, are offering a number of packages that go beyond a simple tea for two, including romantic weekend getaways, dinner theater performances and Valentiine’s Day buffets.
