A Necessary Equal
In the final analysis, volunteers are absolutely the lifeblood of hometown youth recreation programs, and 99 percent of the time are a great asset. That’s probably true in most places. The challenge is to not let an occasional bad situation hinder your positive attitude. This is, obviously, easier said than done.
Does anyone have any notable volunteer stories? Change the names to protect the guilty and share them.
