Oldcastle Precast of Easton, Penn., an Easi-Set Building licensed producer, manufactured two transportable precast concrete buildings for use at the Breslin Field Baseball complex. The project consists of a single-story public restroom/concession building outside of the stadium and a two-story press box/stadium concession building housing two family restrooms and the field lighting control equipment.

Both buildings were fabricated and outfitted in a controlled plant environment and delivered to the job site in modular units, two for the one-story building and three for the two-story building. Final assembly was performed on-site. Each building was designed with matching precast concrete formed lap siding and stone finishes. Both were fitted with preassembled standing metal seam roofs. All interior and exterior surfaces were finished with an anti-graffiti coating.

Rosedale is an inclusive playground created to welcome children and families of all abilities. The facility offers a variety of play elements and site amenities to accommodate different play experiences including climbing, swaying, tactile, auditory, spinning and sliding. This playground brings the National Mall to a northeast neighborhood, and provides a creative a creative and safe place for children to congregate.

The playground features center around the National Mall theme, which highlights the signature design elements including façades of the White House, U.S. Capitol, Lincoln Memorial and Washington Monument. Additionally, components provide hints of the Hirshhorn Museum, Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, Natural History Museum, Air and Space Museum, and Museum of Natural History. The playground structure was created for fully inclusive access with double-width ramps, a Sway Fun® accessible glider, a Rollerslide, push-to-talk panels in seven languages to describe the monument features and many sensory play elements. Bench seating was also incorporated along the ramps and decks to offer great areas to rest or gather with friends. The site also features a neoclassical pavilion and picnic tables.
