Round Rock Flashlight Egg Hunt
The Round Rock (Texas) Parks and Recreation Department will host the annual Flashlight Egg Hunt and–new this year–a “Movies in the Park” event featuring the family Easter movie “Hop” after the last egg hunt is completed.
All the fun takes place this Thursday, April 5, beginning at 7:45 p.m. at Old Settlers Park Lakeview Pavilion and Festival Area.
The event is sponsored by Randalls Market and Spirit 105.9 radio station.
All participants are encouraged to bring a flashlight to help them hunt for eggs filled with candy and prizes. Residents are encouraged to meet at the Lakeview Pavilion for check-in 30 minutes prior to the hunt start time.
A registration fee of $5 is required. Residents may register online at www.roundrockrecreation.com, by phone by calling 218-5540, or in person at the event. Residents are encouraged to register early to avoid last-minute delays at the event.
The Easter Bunny will hop by to say hello at both events, and residents are encouraged to bring cameras to capture the moment.
Please leave the family pet at home.
