Curious about a plant? If you’re in the Chicago area, there’s a great new online resource.
The Morton Arboretum has created searchMOR, an online plant database that provides integrated access to data on the arboretum’s living collections and herbarium, as well as to its interactive collections map, scanned herbarium sheets and photographs of living plants.
The database includes more than 222,000 live plants representing nearly 4,300 taxa and nearly 60,000 databased herbarium specimens.
