  1. Your passion is there. Don’t overlook it. It’s evident in your words, actions and the fact that you contribute on a regular basis to this blog. I enjoy reading your entries and find motivation in the various ways you apply yourself to our profession. I’m an LA in Birmingham, AL, and, like many of our brethren, the past few years have been a professional roller coaster. In the end I find the most contentment through viewing what we do as an art, one that improves quality of life, and am thankful for the opportunities to continue creating those pieces of art, big or small. Hopefully you’ll find the right place to apply your talents. A firm somewhere is going to be lucky to have you.
