Surf’s Up For Wrightsville Beach Camps

Named one of the top 10 surf towns in America by Surfer Magazine, Wrightsville Beach special needs surf camps are now in session.

Families from across the nation and international destinations travel to Wrightsville Beach to participate in free surf lessons with surf school professionals who offer charitable outreach camps for children and adults.

One-of-a-kind how-to-surf programs include Indo Jax Surf School for the visually impaired; Ocean Cure for the hearing impaired; WB Surf Camp for those with alopecia; and Surfers Healing for those diagnosed with autism.

Other camps cater to those with juvenile diabetes, cystic fibrosis, and spinal cord injuries.
