When you are preparing for staff training, you might want to think outside the box.
The box that is your office, that is.
Sure, you’re the camp director. It’s your job to make sure your staff is knowledgeable and ready for anything the summer might throw at them.
But that doesn’t mean you are the expert on everything. Or that your staff might not benefit from a breath of fresh air.
