Campers love getting mail from Mom and Dad; it’s one of the highlights of their day.

But what should a parent write about? Mom doesn’t want to set off a bout of homesickness. Dad wants to make his kid laugh from afar.

Most camp directors have some good letter-writing advice for parents. Here’s another cool resource: the Letters to Camp blog.
