Communication Just A Tweet Away

Many camps use social media sites like Twitter and Facebook to market their camps and network with other camp professionals.

But social media is also a great way to communicate with parents and camp alumni.

Twitter, especially, can be useful because of its immediacy — you can send out an instant message that pops right into the Twitter news stream, onto a cell phone or into an email box.
