Camp Director’s Work Is Never Done

For summer camp directors, there is no off season.

Going to camp conferences is one of many things keeping camp directors busy during the school year.

Once the campers have hugged everyone goodbye and promised to keep in touch over the school year, camp directors begin tackling a long list of jobs.

From cleaning up camp and packing away supplies to networking with other camp professionals to planning next summer’s menus, there is plenty of work to be done.
