Bringing Golf To The “Fore”front

SNAG® Golf (Starting New At Golf), a first-touch player development program designed for new learners of all ages, has signed an agreement to partner with the American Camp Association.

“We are very pleased to be able to partner with SNAG.  This partnership offers many benefits to ACA’s membership, including support of ACA programs that reinforce positive camp experiences,” said Peg Smith, ACA’s chief executive officer.

SNAG equipment will be offered at all ACA facilities across the United States, and 5 percent of all sales of SNAG equipment on the ACA website will support “Send a Child to Camp,” a program designed to raise money to send underprivileged children to camp; and “Explore 30,” a camp reading program promoting 30 minutes of reading each day.

“We admire the ACA’s commitment to bringing the game of golf to thousands of young people who attend camps every summer, and we look forward to a long-term partnership with the ACA and tapping an audience of future golfers,” said Terry Anton, Owner & CEO of SNAG® Golf.

SNAG will reach more than 5 million children and adults who benefit from a camp experience at approximately 2,700 ACA camps throughout the United States each year.
