ADHD At Camp

Is summer camp a good time to take a break from ADHD medications?

Probably not, according to experts.

Kids need to be able to focus at camp to learn new skills and to socialize with their peers.

If a child finds ADHD medications to be helpful at school and at home, he should probably continue to take them while at he is at camp.
